កងទ័ពសៀមបានបាញ់ផ្លោងកាំភ្លើងធំចូលភូមិអូរពក និងភូមិគោកប្រាសាទ សង្កាត់កូនក្រៀល ក្រុងសំរោង ខេត្តឧត្ដរមានជ័យ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ និង២៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយបង្កឱ្យមានការខូចខាតដល់ផ្ទះសម្បែង សាលារៀន និងបណ្ដាលឱ្យពលរដ្ឋជម្លៀសចេញ។
មានរណ្តៅគ្រាប់ និងគ្រាប់មិនទាន់ផ្ទុះនៅសល់ក្នុងភូមិ។ នេះជាសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពាន និងបំពានធ្ងន់លើសុវត្ថិភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា។

The Siem (Thai) military fired heavy artillery into O’Pok village and Kok Prasat village, Kon Kriel Sangkat, Samraong city, Oddar Meanchey province on July 24 and 25, 2025, causing damage to homes, schools, and forcing civilians to evacuate.
Unexploded shells and shell craters remain in the villages. This is an act of aggression and a serious violation of the safety and security of Cambodian civilians.
