Cheeseburgers are in my DNA, literally! Born a restaurant kid, my dad had a chain of restaurants where the burgers were legendary. President Harry S. Truman was a fan and called my dad’s the “best darn hamburgers I ever ate!” Of course, I agree but thought it might be fun to see who else makes are pretty darn good burger, so the Summer Cheeseburger Challenge was born. For weeks my husband Scooter 🛵 and I have been painstakingly recreating the world’s most famed burgers in stories. Some were easy, some were a challenge, all delicious in their own way.
In the end only one can be crowned the best in the world…besides my dad’s, of course 😉
