🚨 DEVASTATING: A powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia on Monday, causing widespread destruction and killing more than 250 people, according to the latest reports.

One dramatic video captured the terrifying moment part of a historic church structure in Manizales began to collapse as the earthquake shook the city. Dust and debris filled the street as terrified residents and police scrambled for safety.

The earthquake was centered near San José del Palmar in the Chocó region and was felt across major Colombian cities, including Pereira, Cali, and Bogotá, as well as in neighboring countries.

More than 1,600 buildings have been damaged, with dozens completely destroyed, while rescue crews continue searching through the rubble for survivors. Authorities have also reported numerous aftershocks as emergency operations continue.
