Yes, I would pick this film to share, given I'm such a feline fanatic! AND!! Cat People is set in my very own city – New York, and based in Central Park. Albeit, the filming actually took place at RKO's Gower Gulch studios in Hollywood and the Royal Palms Hotel in downtown Los Angeles

Cat People is an American horror film by RKO Radio Pictures written by DeWitt Bodeen and directed by Jacques Tourneur, and was the inspiration for 'The Curse of the Cat People' (1944)1944, and a remake under the same name 'Cat People' directed byPaul Schrader in 1982.

El Reino 1 or The Kingdom (2021) [TV-MA] series 1 is streaming on Netflix and dubbed in multiple languages for those who are not fluent in Spanish. The Kingdom, is an Argentina crime thriller. I’m going to say, that I loved this series. And hope it comes out with series 2 so that it can wrap up a lot of loose ends that began to unravel in series 1. It takes more than one episode to hook most viewers with this mystical story of murder, power, madness and corruption. 💗 I give it a 4.5 out of five 🌟

I chose not to read the reviews, before watching so I could form my own opinion rather than to be a sheep and accept what someone wanted me to think about this series. Yes, it could be edited a bit more coherently – but get over that and enjoy the storyline.

For anyone looking for weird, and disturbing, the Argentinians do psychological thrillers that creep into a viewer’s psyche better than most thanks in part to their oral tradition of storytelling and chaotic political environment they have endured over the decades.

One item in particular that struck me as incredibly disturbing from the start was the massive compound that houses the main characters and operates as a personal home and church that resembles more of a 1960’s mental ward from a B-Horror movie set than a family home. The story gets even stranger because the characters are so rich in background that slowly gets exposed one layer at a time with each new episode. Patience is needed to enjoy this series. If you are looking for the entire plot to be exposed from the start - this will not be as much fun for you as it was for me. Remember, I play chess for relaxation and enjoyment.

I will be upfront, the story is not what anyone thinks it is, even when it gets predictable, there is a twist in the plot that goes in a direction I was not expecting on any level. This is where Argentinian story tellers excel! 🤩

Brilliant acting, good lighting, amazing wardrobe, and sensational hair and makeup.

Another plus - not over-inflated lips, Botox Brows or Restylane jowls, or gum chewers! 😁

Sadly, there is one scene that, for some bizarre reason the director/writers wanted viewers to watch the actors brush their teeth; a complete waste of viewer's time and not relevant to the story in any form. Perhaps the actors or director wanted viewers to know they engaged in proper daily hygiene? Or just a need to show the female character in her bra to keep some viewers watching? 🤨

Since this is the Spring Equinox, I wanted to share a fun little series about Ostara the fertility Goddess in which the word Easter comes from. 🥚

'Equinox' is a Danish supernatural thriller Netflix series created by Tea Lindeburg, based on the Danish podcast Equinox 1985. I will say this – if folklore is your passion, this might be a fun series. And I wouldn’t read any more than what is on IMBD and instead let the story unfold as it should. But if folklore isn't your passion to start with, you won't enjoy Equinox.

This series is not for everyone, and requires a LOT of patience as it is very drawn out.

For me, I liked it, and would say that if folklore is your thing, then take a peek. If not, pick something else. What I did enjoy is the ending … But that takes several episodes to get to where it’s going.

Plot: Astrid was traumatized by the mysterious disappearance of a school class in 1999. Twenty years later, when she finds out that the only survivor from 1999 mysteriously died, Astrid sets off to discover what really happened. FIN

Daria Nicolodi (19 June 1950 – 26 Nov 2020) the legendary Italian actress and screenwriter has passed away at age 70. Our hearts are broken and we send our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to her family and friends.

Fans will remember her for her work in Suspiria and Inferno, but she was so much more. Her presence in the realm of celluloid will be greatly missed.

May her soul be at eternal peace.

'1BR' is a low budget, but not a low-quality film .. It's a psychological drama and not a horror story as the marketing team billed it. There is nothing scary, horrifying, or even brutally bloody about the film. It's just a story of trap, capture, and release.

The search for a nice place to live in a desirable location with reasonable rents, decent neighbors and soundproof walls is more of a challenge than it should be, so when Sarah lucks into a sweet one-bedroom at Asilo Del Mar Apartments, she think she's hit the jackpot. Situated on a quiet street in Los Angeles, it's got plenty of space, friendly tenants, group BBQs and even a cute neighbor next door. But this being L.A., all is not what it seems: loud noises start keeping her awake at night; her cat is missing; everyone seems to be a little too helpful and friendly, except for the weirdo, Lester. Soon, Sarah learns she didn't choose this apartment - it chose her.—AnonymusB (My response: this puts far more into the storyline and plot than is really there. New York Comic Con sad announcement for -- We all knew it was coming, but it’s finally official: New York Comic Con (NYCC) is canceled for 2020.

ReedPOP announced that, while there will be no in-person event at the Javits Center this fall due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company will partner with YouTube for a digital version of the event.

From October 8-11, the New York Comic Con YouTube channel will exclusively stream panels from STARZ, CBS CBS All Access, DreamWorks Animation, Hulu, , and more.

Fans will also be able to participate in talent Q&A sessions during panels and host panel watch parties using YouTube’s Community and Live Chat features. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more panels, contests, premieres, and other additions to the schedule of events.

In addition to panels, ReedPop will offer a virtual marketplace where Show Floor and Artist Alley exhibitors can share their newest items.

ReedPop will also utilize its new platform for this virtual event, which fans can explore at findthemetaverse.com. This platform is set to host its first online fan event this weekend, from Aug. 13-16.

Once Vampire Realm admin sets an appointment with an applicant, that time slot is set in stone. If the applicant misses this appointment, a new date will not be reset. All requests for a confirmation to affirm applicant is still having their interview will be ignored.

Vampire Realm managers do not micro-manage employees, as such, Vampire Realm expects everyone to be a self-starter and meet deadlines with style and grace. Missed deadlines hurt everyone working to make a company the best it can be by forcing co-workers to be placed on delays with their own projects. Responsibility and respect of co-workers is highly prized.
