Ate our body weight in pintxos in San Sebastián. It was a bucket list trip for us, two nights wasn’t enough but glad we decided to add one day in Getaria for the turbot too!

Best Lobster Roll in NYC . I will say that we made this video before Essex Pearl reopened and for a long time they were our joint favorite with here, however they’ve recently reopened in a different form, so we’ll have to go back soon and reassess!

At Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. they cook live lobster everyday and break it down by hand giving the freshest and best texture for their lobster meat. We went for their lightly dressed lobster roll with mayo + lemon juice + fresh tarragon + sea salt on a Balthazar brioche roll but you can also get it hot with butter! It’s $38, which I know is pricey but they’re really using top quality as well as supporting small suppliers and it comes with fries or salad too.
