I’ve only had the Mixcubes for a couple of weeks but they have already become an important staple in my mixing process. Being able to check my mixes on a speaker that translates well to everyday speakers and has no crossover point allows me to insure that my mix translates and that there’s no frequency masking that I’m missing.

The Aston Origin is another one of my favorite microphones from the mic locker and easily one of the most eye catching. It’s k67 capsule design sounds bright on vocals without reaching the point of sounding overly sibilant. Additionally the interior mesh does a good job of preventing excessive plosives.
