The easiest everyday gua sha routine 🧖🏼‍♀️🫧

A few simple reminders when using your gua sha:
• Open lymph nodes first
• Hold your gua sha at a 45° angle
• Always move upward + outward
• Gentle pressure only ✨

Gua sha doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective 😌 …just a few intentional movements to help with puffiness, tension, and giving your skin that fresh glow 🫶🏼
