Pay dearly for the damage caused by all of the years of limping which will remain present even many years after the limping leader is gone. So the limping will not simply affect you, but it will also affect your children, and grand children, and even great grand children, and they will hate the fact that you did not think of them or their future when you were doing all of that limping. And they will promise to never ever limp again, because there is absolutely no wisdom in it. But then, if the story and the wisdom isn't properly passed down from generation to generation, then after some years another generation will come and will make the same mistakes of 5 generations ago when they had a limping leader thus setting back the growth and prosperity clock for themselves, their future generations, and humanity as a whole.
