William Nelson (Dancer)

William Nelson is a current student at Long Island University who was raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and has an immense passion for dancing and biomechanics as a whole. He is currently playing Richie in A Chorus Line at Laguna Playhouse and is loving performing. His favorite styles include hip hop, contemporary, modern, and jazz. He would also like to remind everyone to spread art, not war and that is real!

Lola Volkmar (Dancer)

Lola Volkmar is a 19 year old performer located in both Long Island, New York, and Dallas, Texas. Lola has been dancing for 10 years in numerous styles. Styles include, but are not limited to ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, and cirque! Lola has also has the pleasure of serving as dance captain and choreographing for multiple musicals, as well as serving as a principal dancer for the Turner Dance Fusion Team. Lola is currently a BFA dance major at LIU Post and part of the Post Concert Dance Company (PCDC) under the direction of Fritzlyn Hector. Lola had the opportunity to perform with PCDC in a guest choreographer show ‘Expressions’ featuring world from George Sanders, Jason Herbert, and many others, Dance challenges the social norm. It gives the hopeless hope. Opening minds, opening hearts, giving insight, offering understanding, and demonstrating empathy are all aspects of dance Lola loves.

Sara Miyamoto (Dancer)

Sara Miyamoto is very excited for this process and to witness this company grow. She has been dancing for seven years in various dance styles but is most drawn to Pas de Deux. She was most recently a part of Post Theatre Company’s production of Head Over Heels (Ensemble), as well as Emerging Student Theatre Artists’ Cabaret Celebrating Artists of Color, and Into the Woods (Cinderella).`

Brecken Hummer (Director of Photography & Cinematography/Cinematographer )

Brecken is a director, cinematographer, screenwriter, filmmaker, and performer based in the NYC area. He is currently pursuing his BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Musical Theatre at Long Island University Post. He is currently a Scenic Intern at New London Barn Playhouse for the summer. He began his training in choral music and theatre as a child and is now working in the real world! Some of his performance credits include “Crathan” in Dogs of Peace, “Demetrius” in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, “Matt Galloway” in The Laramie Project, Baker in Into the Woods, and more. His most recent cinematography and directing credits include Camera Operator for a filmed production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Co-Director of The Addams Family and Director of a non-formal educational production of Octet. He has also started writing many plays, as well as a television series and a feature film that he hopes to put into production at some point in the near future.
