Liberia content creators are getting 1 Million views on TikTok and Facebook but the growth stops there. Reason is clear, ZERO MANAGEMENT.
Content creators shoot alone, edit alone, post alone, then chase brand deals alone. No manager to plan their whole career, no lawyer to read contracts, no PR team to push them outside Liberia and book interviews on BBC Africa, Plus Nigeria, Podcasts, TV and radio, no BUSINESS team to make rate card in dollars and chase deals in South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, US, no BRAND team to build PERSONAL BRAND and give them one niche like so people remember them then posting different contents out of their Brand niche.
People say Liberian small. Forget population. Gambia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Ireland are all around the same population as Liberia. They may not be big like Nigeria, but even they built small management structure that pushes their creators internationally. Liberia still has ZERO. That management does PR for fame outside, business for money, and Brand building for IDENTITY.
Without PR Content Creators only Famous in Monrovia. Without business 1M views give you less. Without BRAND you do everything and people remember nothing.
Views made Liberia content creators Famous at home, but until we fix ZERO MANAGEMENT and build PR, business, and brand teams, Content Creators will never turn those views into real INTERNATIONAL GROWTH. Creators can't go International alone. You need a STRUCTURE FOUNDATION and MANAGEMENT.
