🧀 Stuffed Pasta Shells
Ingredients:
20 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups marinara sauce
1 egg (beaten)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Pasta – Boil shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Prepare Filling – In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and mix with ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg.
Stuff Shells – Fill each pasta shell with the beef-cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
Bake – Pour marinara sauce over shells, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
