JEREMY ASGARI founder of OUTSIDERS came on the show this week to talk about why nature is the new nightlife 💫

Drawing from his background in nightlife, we unpacked how going out has changed, what’s getting in the way of genuine connection, and why nature can be such a powerful antidote.

This week, JONATHAN PETRINO joins us on the podcast to talk about the intersection of joy and travel ✈️

As someone who writes about his experiences around the world, JONATHAN PETRINO shares his perspective on why it’s so important to find ways to replicate the feeling of travel in our everyday lives…the curiosity, spontaneity, presence, and sense of discovery that make us feel more alive.

Earlier this year, JONATHAN PETRINO and Everyday Endorphins partnered on a Substack piece exploring Stella Stephanopoulos ‘s relationship with travel and happiness.

This episode is an extension of that conversation, this time flipping the mic onto him.

Tune in to EP 186 wherever you get your podcasts 🎧

Are we documenting our lives… or actually living them?

This week, Caitlin Begg founder of Progression to Analog, joins us on Everyday Endorphins to explore why so many of us are craving a more analog life.

We talk about finding a healthier relationship with our phones, the pressure to constantly document and share, digital vs. real-life identity, and how to create more space for presence, connection, spontaneity, and joy.

Tune in for a conversation on what it means to feel a little more human in an increasingly digital world.

There’s something deeply humbling, yet oddly liberating, when you realize you’re not special.

Nothing about starting a podcast is special. Literally anyone can do this. The special sauce lies in ex*****on — the ability to just *do*.

When you act like the person you want to become, you stop waiting for external circumstances to validate your worthiness, and you simply start doing.

You move like you already have the things you want. So — whatever you may be wanting, just take a small step towards executing.

Think less, do more 🌟
