The McMahons hit the finishers of three legendary tag teams - especially winding up Bret Hart fans

Jim Ross claiming that "Hawk would be rolling in his grave" at this insult was a jaw-dropping moment!

Of course, it's all to no avail as Shawn Michaels & Triple H come out on top in this clash

This is a great, and slightly forgotten moment, early on in the nWo's run

Ideally, this should have been the denouement of that incredible story, but it just went on and on and on...

“We knew where we were going, we were just biding our time”, insisted Bruce Prichard about Stone Cold on his Something To Wrestle podcast

Bruce revealed that this infamous finish "came from a real life situation that happened with Yoko” in a match at a house show

“So it was something that had actually happened that we put into a finish”

Jim Ross said on his Grilling JR podcast:

“I can’t tell you I was wild about it, but it got Austin and Yoko on television

"It added a little bit of sizzle to the pre-show and we’re using the pre-show like an infomercial

"They weren’t out there long enough to make it stink too bad; they weren’t out there long enough to make it great - but they’re out there long enough to sell some PPVs"

Yokozuna only had one more match on TV (the next night on Raw) and another PPV appearance at Survivor Series - and then he never appeared on WWF programming until his death four years later

As for Austin, he thankfully had Bret Hart returning to sign a contract and kickstart a legendary feud
