Over recent years, I've made it a priority to say yes as much as possible. Yes, to adventures big and small. Yes, to last minute invitations. Yes, to making my friends a priority. Yes, to mentoring young people who need and value my guidance and support. Yes, to loving my aging self. Yes, to staying still when I need to rest and regroup. YES FEELS SO GOOD.

Maybe it's time to slow down, shift gears or make a u-turn. Remember, we're in the driver seat. We get to change direction and make new choices again and again. The back seat drivers in our heads instantly start to fade when we make courageous decisions. Take a different road. Forge a new path. Life is a big, fun road trip. SEASON 3 - HERE WE GO!!
After recording and producing well over 200 episodes of my podcast Dear Constance, I took a three month hiatus. Today, I am dipping my toes in the water with Season 3. Episodes will drop once a week (on Wednesday). I hope you'll consider tuning in....they're usually 10 min or under.
