Crack Chicken Penne
Decadent Creamy Crack Chicken Penne Delight

Ingredients:

1 lb penne pasta

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

8 0z cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded3/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Direction:

Cook the pasta: ln a large pot of salted boilingwater, cook the penne pasta according to packageinstructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.Sauté the onion and garlic: In a large skillet, heat theolive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion andcook for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Stir in theminced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2minutes until fragrant.

Make the creamy sauce: Add the softened creamcheese to the sillet and stir until melted andcreamy. Then, add the chicken broth, heavy cream,ranch seasoning mix, and salt and pepper. Stir untilwell combined and smooth.
