ats since I tore my hip flexor. Not going to lie it’s been a hard couple months knowing I’m not as strong as I was before.
But I’m feeling good and excited to get 100% back 💪🏻

When I get back from my holiday I’m going to fully focus on powerlifting and hopefully start prep for a comp later in the year. 🙌🏻
