BUILDING THE LEGACY.
There’s a big difference between starting a business and building a business designed to endure.
Right now, we are in the final stretch of preparing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Greater Hartford for launch.
And this stage is about much more than getting trucks on the road.
It’s about building the foundation:

⚙️ Finalizing our operational systems and technology
🚐 Preparing our fleet and field operations
📈 Building processes for accountability and growth
🤝 Developing relationships throughout the communities we will serve
🎯 Establishing a culture where quality, professionalism, and ex*****on are expected from Day One
My journey from West Point and military service, through more than two decades of business and technology leadership, and now into entrepreneurship has reinforced one lesson repeatedly:
Vision matters - but ex*****on turns vision into reality.
That’s what this chapter is about.
DDS Legacy Group was created with a larger ambition than owning a single company. The goal is to build businesses, develop people, create opportunities, and establish organizations capable of enduring beyond their founder.
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is the first step.
There is still work to finish before we open our doors.
But every hire, every system, every process, every relationship, and every decision is moving us closer.
The next chapter is being built now.
