My hydrangeas after an evening storm in June. Still looking gorgeous.
* Wow I was really not expecting this overwhelming response.Thank you all for making my hydrangeas feel so special! I promise they are as beautiful in person and I honestly do not think this picture does them full justice. For those asking I am sorry I don't know the secret. When I first saw this house for sale online the pictures posted were taken in February. Nothing was in bloom. When I happened to drive by one day in May they were in full bloom and I knew this was the house for me. Hydrangeas have always been my favorite and it was honestly love at first sight. My home is a little farm house in zone 7b ( Thanks Sandi Puckett for helping me with our zone) built in 1911. There is really no way for me to know when they were planted but they sure love it where they are. I owe all the credit to those who loved and cared for them before me and the right mixture of shade, morning sun, and lots of continued love and admiration. 💕💐
