A motor control circuit consisting of a contactor and an overload relay for motor protection. The contactor (yellow section) is responsible for switching the motor on and off by controlling the power flow. The start button energizes the contactor coil, closing its contacts and allowing current to flow to the motor. The overload relay (blue section) protects the motor from excessive current by disconnecting the circuit if an overload condition occurs. When the overload trips, it activates a normally closed (NC) contact, breaking the circuit and stopping the motor. The stop button is wired in series, ensuring the motor can be turned off manually. The three-phase motor (M) receives power through the contactor and overload relay. Proper wiring ensures efficient operation and protection of the motor from electrical faults.
