🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

(Easy One-Pan Dinner)

🛒 Ingredients

4 chicken breasts or thighs

1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved

3 tbsp olive oil

4–5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for richness)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🔪 Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil.

Season the chicken:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly over the chicken.

Prepare potatoes:
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Assemble:
Spread potatoes on the pan. Place chicken on top or beside them.

Roast (Round 1):
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

Add Parmesan:
Remove pan, sprinkle remaining Parmesan over chicken and potatoes. Drizzle with melted butter if using.

Roast (Round 2):
Return to oven for 15–20 minutes, until chicken is golden and reaches 165°F (74°C) and potatoes are crispy.

Finish & serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Broil for 3–4 minutes at the end for extra crispiness

A comforting one-pan meal featuring juicy roasted chicken and crispy potatoes, infused with garlic, herbs, and lemon.

**Ingredients:**
- 1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs)
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt & pepper

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Stuff with lemon slices.
3. Arrange potatoes around chicken in a roasting pan.
4. Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

📝 Ingredients:
🍗 8 chicken drumsticks, skin-on
🥔 600g potatoes, peeled and cubed
🌶️ 1 red bell pepper, diced
🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
🫒 3 tbsp olive oil
🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon
🌿 1 tsp dried oregano
🌿 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
🌱 1/2 tsp dried thyme
🌶️ 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
🧂 Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth or water
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a large baking dish or roasting tray.
Season the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, chili flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Add drumsticks and coat thoroughly.
Prepare the veggies: Add potatoes, bell pepper, and onion to the baking dish. Pour in the chicken broth. Toss with a bit of the leftover marinade.
Arrange and bake: Nestle the drumsticks on top of the vegetables. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
Bake uncovered for 50–55 minutes, turning the drumsticks once halfway, until chicken is browned and cooked through (internal temp 74°C / 165°F) and potatoes are tender.
Optional broil: For crispier skin, broil for the last 3–5 minutes.

1 pound of ziti noodles
2 jars of 24 ounce pasta sauce of your choice
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
Choice of seasonings (I used Italian , oregano , basil )
Mix seasonings , eggs , and ricotta
Grease your crockpot
First put layer of sauce
Then layer noodles (try to divide your noodles in thirds for layers )
On top of noodles layer ricotta cheese and mozzarella
Repeat until done
NOODLES COOK IN SAUCE , DO NOT COOK BEFORE !
Put on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes after sprinkle with cheese and let melt (I let my go for another 15 minutes

I used a rotisserie chicken and shredded
1 big can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic
1 block of cream cheese
1 16oz block of velveeta (cubed)
1 can of mild rotel (did not drain)
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 stick of butter
3 green onions (chopped)
Threw it all in the crock pot, cooked on high for 2 hours while stirring occasionally.
Cooked the noodles on the stove then added to the sauce, then added some seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Absolutely delicious and super easy!

-10 lasagna noodles
-1lb ground beef
-1 roll sausage
-1 med onion diced
-3/4 container of ricotta
-big bag of shred mozzarella
-2 cans sauce
cooked down the onions then browned sausage/beef all together & drained, boiled & laid out noodles, spread ricotta meat blend and some mozzarella cheese on top, rolled (not too tight!), coat bottom of pan with sauce so noods dont stick then put them in pan, cover with sauce & cheese & bake at 425 for 20 min! i added seasoning to the ricotta and meat! served with garlic bread! made enough to feed 6 with leftovers for tomorrow:

1. Take a family size pack of Nutter Butters and line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with them. You won’t use them all yet.
2. Now in a separate bowl mix with a mixer 1 block of softened cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Then fold in 1 1/2 cups of cool whip. Spread this on top of your cookies.
3. In another separate bowl mix 2 packs of chocolate pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk. Crunch the rest of the cookies and mix that in your pudding. Now spread this on top of the cream cheese mixture.
4. Take the rest of the cool whip and spread that on top. (You’ll be using a 16 ounce container of cool whip)
5. Chop up Reese’s and crumble on top.
6. Melt 1/4 cup of peanut butter and drizzle on top.
7. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
8. Enjoy!!

1 stick of butter

Chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Italian seasoning (to taste)
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
1 can Italian Petite diced tomatoes
1.5 cups Parmesan cheese
Angel hair pasta
Instructions
1. melt butter in olive oil
2. Add chicken, salt & pepper
3. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes each side then remove to another bowl
4. Add garlic, broth, cream, Italian seasoning & red pepper flakes and whisk together
5. Add tomatoes and about a cup of Parmesan cheese whisk
6. Add chicken back and toss in the mixture
7. Put in 350° oven for about 30 minutes
8. Cook angel hair pasta to package instructions
9. After done mix cooked pasta into chicken and sauce and let sit for at least 5 minutes for the pasta and sauce to “marry”

I mixed up all of the ingredients and topped it with more cheese and the green onions and baked it for like 1hr 15 mins on 350 I used 2 jalapeños but you can add more if you like really spicy

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 lbs cremini or white button mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried dill)
1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup whole milk, room temperature
½ cup sour cream (plus more for garnish)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms, cooking until onions are soft and mushrooms are browned.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in dill and paprika, cooking 1 minute. Sprinkle in flour and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Slowly stir in broth and soy sauce. Simmer gently 10–15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove pot from heat. Whisk in milk, sour cream, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and an extra dollop of sour cream if desired.
