Golden Cheese Steak Tortellini Casserole Recipe fans

Golden Cheese Steak Tortellini Casserole
Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb Italian sausage (optional, or use more beef)
• 1 bag (20–24 oz) cheese tortellini
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Brown beef (and sausage if using) with onion and garlic; drain.
Add diced bell pepper and cook 2–3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
Add tortellini and toss until coated.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella + cheddar.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with parsley.

▪︎Cook the hamburger with taco seasoning, onion and garlic.
▪︎Add hashbrowns, hamburger, diced tomatoes and green chiles, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream and shredded cheese.
▪︎High for 2 hours or low for 4 hours

Crockpot Beef Stew fans

Crockpot Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
3 carrots, peeled & chopped
3 potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups beef broth
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp olive oil (optional for browning)
1 bay leaf (optional)
Instructions:
(Optional) In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the beef on all sides for deeper flavor.
Place beef, carrots, potatoes, and onion in the crockpot.
Stir in tomato paste, flour, broth, and all seasonings until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the broth thickens.
Remove bay leaf, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve warm.

Eggroll in a Bowl tonight. Cheap and super easy.
A bag of coleslaw mix, you can use the regular or Brocolli slaw mix is good too.
A tube of pork sausage, whatever flavor you like, except Maple.
1 Tablespoon Garlic or more, if you like Garlic.
1 teaspoon ginger
1 Tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/4 cup soy sauce, or more if you prefer.
Fry up your sausage, drain it if there's alot of grease. After draining add the Sesame oil, slaw mix, and your dry seasonings. When it Cooks down to your liking add the soy sauce. Serve it over rice or eat it without.

I'm on the penultimate day of a pleasantly dull holiday - walking by myself from Ulverston in south Cumbria back to Carlisle where I live, over six days. The weather is unseasonably warm - especially for a northerner like me - so I have spent every opportunity wild swimming along the way. A few people have said it's odd to do something like this alone, but I've rather enjoyed it. Days spent plodding along listening to birds and identifying wild flowers, evenings reading or listening to podcasts after some very nice meals. Tomorrow is the last gasp - 16 miles down the river Caldew back to my husband and dogs. I have missed them 😊
F52, feet size UK5 in the morning, about UK6 by the time I get my boots off at night. I had a banana Corny bar my husband brought me back from Berlin, but I ate it on Stake Pass.

- 1 box of chocolate pudding
- crushed graham crackers
- marshmallow fluff
- mini marshmallows
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add your mini Hershey’s and a graham cracker ! Around $20 and makes more than one 🥰

Mac and cheese lasagna is a frequent request and easy to get together.
Preheat oven to 375
Prepare mac and cheese as usual.
Brown 1lb ground beef. We usually season with garlic and onion.
Drain beef and add spaghetti sauce, heat through.
In a separate dish, layer meat, mac n cheese, meat, mac n cheese. Top with mozzarella. Bake 15 min.

Taco soup 🥣🥣🥣
Cook hamburger meat and drain. Add all ingredients pictured, 2 packets of taco seasoning and 1 packet of dry ranch to pan and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and jalepenos.
