Assets on any exchange are legally the exchange's assets. You are a creditor. Robinhood limits withdrawals to $5,000 per day when large amounts are involved. That restriction during a volatile period where you need to move quickly is a real problem. Read the terms of service. The exchange owes you the cash equivalent, not the asset. Institutional custody through DAG means you own the asset and it is held in your name. That is the structural difference.

The infrastructure is being deployed publicly. The constraint is liquidity. XRP needs to reach a price where sufficient liquidity exists for these systems to use it at scale. The macro events being watched are what drive that liquidity before institutional adoption can fully activate.

Creating trillionaire-level wealth by building infrastructure that moves global financial markets is how capitalism works. Bezos, Musk, and others were rewarded at that scale for creating that much value. If Ripple executives become trillionaires because XRP becomes the backbone of global settlement infrastructure, that means XRP holders at every level also did very well. The wealth creation is proportional and shared across the ecosystem.

The escrow managed by whoever inherits it, potentially IMF, BlackRock, or a coordinated group, acts as a price stabilization mechanism by buying or selling as needed.
