Decided that I’m going to make this soup tonight. I don’t know if y’all have tried this brand, but it’s amazing!!! Also, you can add fresh, cooked broccoli to it, cheese, bacon, green onion and whatever you want! Am I the only one that likes this brand? I bought this from HEB. I’m sure they have it at Walmart, or many other grocery stores.

Family favorite that I found on Pinterest!
I like to make a bunch ahead of time, wrap them in foil and freeze them then pop them in the air fryer when we need them. Sometimes I just use chicken breasts and season them with Chicken Fajita seasoning and Kick’n Chicken seasoning
“Cheesy Salsa Chicken Tacos
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
Mix the pulled chicken with the sour cream and salsa. You may need to use a little more or less than stated depending on the amount of chicken you end up with.
Place the mixture onto small flour tortillas along with a little shredded cheddar. Fold them in half and bake for 5-8 minutes or until the tortillas turn golden brown.”— with Carlos Maldonado.

When you make Macaroni and cheese is it usually instant or homemade??
I started making this last year and haven’t bought instant Mac and cheese since!
2 TBS butter
2 TBS Flour
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 cup whole milk
2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese!
It’s so easy and really good my kids love it and so does my husband who hates sour cream in anything he doesn’t know I put it in this 😂
Cook macaroni set aside*
Medium heat-Add butter to a pot let it melt and add all dry ingredients, keep mixing until it’s almost a light brown. Add your milk and keep mixing until everything is smooth. Then add your sour cream -keep mixing 😉 until well blended. About 3-5 min. Don’t let it boil!! Turn heat down to low When it’s creamy and everything is well stirred add cheese. Mix everything together and add noodles!

A burrito hack I found online! It works great! 😋 recipe: oil your pan, add scrambled egg mixture and let it cook slightly. Before it’s completely done, add your tortilla shell and press down slightly especially by the edges. Flip it, add your meat and cheese. Then boom!

Peanut butter m&ms cookies!
1 cup of butter
1cup peanut butter
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1cup brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 cups flour
1tsp baking soda
Mini chocolate chips
Peanut butter m&ms
Bake at 375 8-10 minutes
Cream together butter and peanut butter then add sugar and pudding mix til creamy then add eggs and mix Then add the dry ingredients and mix and stir in the m&ms and chocolate chips. Roll dough out and place on cookie sheet Add a couple m&ms on top of dough then bak!

When you need something super quick and easy to cook...DIY "KFC" Mashed Potato Bowls it is 😋 Cook chicken and potatoes. Layer potatoes, then corn, then chicken, then gravy, then top with cheese and bake on 350 all together until the cheese is nice and melted about 15 mins.

Grandma's Brownies 🟤🤎
Ingredients:
½ tsp salt
2 c granulated sugar
1 c milk (suggest using 2% or whole)
¾ c cocoa powder
3 sticks (24 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 c all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan. Add sugar and butter. Add the dry mixture and milk into the bowl with the butter mixture, then beat until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
▪️For the Frosting:
Place a saucepan on the stove, then add the milk, butter, and granulated sugar.
Turn the heat to medium, then stir the mixture until well blended. Let it boil for about a minute.

Loaded cheesy chicken potatoe casserole 🔥
Cut 6-8 russet potatoes in cubes
1lb boneless chicken, cubed
In a bowl mix together 1/4 cuo of olive oil with seasonings of your choice (I used salt pepper paprika and garlic)
Combine chicken and potatoes and toss in olive oil mixture
Place potatoes & chicken mixture into a casserole dish
Bake in oven on 400 for 60 minutes
Take out of oven sprinkle with any shredded cheese of your choice, cooked bacon, and green onions and place back into oven for 5 minutes
And you're ready to serve!

Cheesy potato and ground beef casserole. I forgot a photo of it when it came out of the oven so this is a leftovers picture 🙄😶‍🌫️🤣. Very simple and pretty cheap to make. Ingredients and recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cheddar cheese soup
32 oz bag of cubed frozen potatoes. I used potatoes Obrien 🙂
Shredded cheese. I used Colby jack and some sharp cheddar
1 small yellow onion diced small
Salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, and a little thyme
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook the meat with the onion and garlic powder and whatever other seasonings you want ..then drain fat if needed
In a large mixing bowl add in the meat mixture, potatoes, both cans of soup ( no water just the soup) Shredded cheese, and a pinch of thyme or so and salt and pepper to taste and mix it all together really well( I found defrosting the frozen potatoes just a bit made this way easier)
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with some more Shredded cheese ( Note, I don't measure cheese lol we are cheese loves so I just go with how much we like and want in the casserole and top)
Cover with tin foil
Bake for 30 mins and then remove the foil and bake another 30 mins. 😀 I served with green beans and Cresent rolls. I know I need to remember to take better photos haha 😄 but it got the thumbs up and was easy to throw together and pretty cheap.
