LRTVS General Manager Speaks Out Following Allegations of Workplace Misconduct.

Mr. Phillip Rose has publicly shared his views of a workplace incident regarding the circulation of a video on social media claiming misconduct with a former colleague Miss Marisa Brutus.
He went on to say that the situation at hand stemmed from a review of the company’s financial records after management found various discrepancies in certain accounts.
Mr. Rose went on to say that the CEO, Miss Naomi Christie, directed him and the accountant of LRTVS to examine the issue.
In addition to that, Mr. Rose explained that during the review it was noticed that the payroll records were tampered with and the findings were then reported to the CEO. She then sent instructions to management for the wages book to be transferred to the Human Resources Department and the company’s accountant.
Tensions then escalated when efforts were made to resolve the issue by collecting the book from Miss Brutus. Mr. Rose said that he requested the document multiple times and attempted to obtain it and there was no sign of physical assault. He went on to say that the video circulating did not capture the full story only portions of the interaction.
He explained that the wages book was still in Miss Brutus’ possession for multiple days following the incident and upon its return management noticed that multiple pages were missing.
Mr. Rose continues to maintain that his actions were due to the instructions given out by the company’s management.
In conclusion Mr. Phillip Rose maintains that his actions were genuine and misinterpreted due to the portions videoed and posted online.
