Ingredients:

For the Chicken and Bowl:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 6-8 ounces)
2 cups romaine lettuce or mixed greens (chopped)
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
1/2 cup grilled corn (or canned corn, drained and warmed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a little kick)
For the Avocado Dressing:

1/2 avocado
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Garnish:

Extra chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro (a small handful, chopped)
Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

Rub the chicken breast with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. If you have a grill pan or outdoor grill, heat it up to medium-high. (If not, a frying pan works too!) Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until it’s cooked through (no pink in the middle).

Step 3: Make the Dressing

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp salt

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:

This Crockpot Mississippi Chicken is a game-changer! Perfectly seasoned and oh-so-tender, it’s sure to be a family favorite! 🍽️✨

Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Add the butter on top of the seasonings and place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the buttery sauce.

Ingredients :

12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your favorite shape)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter sauce)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients:

1 pre-baked pie crust
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups whole milk
4 large egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for topping
Preparation:

In a medium saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat.
Slowly whisk about 1/2 cup of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks to temper them. Then, gradually add the egg mixture back into the saucepan, whisking constantly.
Return to heat and cook for 2-3 more minutes, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract.

Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:

Bread:
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Sloppy Joe:
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup yellow onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup water

Topping:
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
- Parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise into two halves. Place both halves of the bread onto the lined baking sheet, cut side up.
3. In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic salt. Spread the butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread. Set aside while you make the sloppy joe filling.
