Non-no to NONONO? The founder of HAND, when he was opening his second Japanese restaurant after Izakaya Mew, wanted to name it something memorable and meaningful. When he was a teenager he was so passionate about fashion and always carried a bottle of cologne and a men's Non-no magazine in his bag. He had such fond memories with Non-no and named it NONONO, adding one more O in the middle.
