📝OFFICIAL RIGHTS STATEMENT | FKB RECORDS📝
This is to officially declare that all musical works, recordings, visuals, promotional materials, and related content created under FKB RECORDS with the involvement of DJ Scare Dem remain the sole property of FKB RECORDS.
FKB RECORDS, under the ownership of Fredrick Kwaku Boateng, fully financed all costs related to production, mixing, mastering, distribution, and promotion of these works.
Accordingly, DJ Scare Dem holds no ownership rights over the master recordings, artworks, or distribution of said projects. Any commercial use, re-release, distribution, or monetization of these works without prior written consent from FKB RECORDS shall be considered an infringement of rights and will be addressed under the applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana.
We continue to respect the contributions of all artists we have worked with, but our commitment remains clear: to protect the integrity, investment, and creative rights of FKB RECORDS.
