Well considering how the bill was put on after it was all welded together, piece of cake to remove.

Just fold the bill into a C shape and compress it up to remove it. You don't need a grinder.

When you bitch about a hole being cut wrong and it just gets worse…. I swear I’m gonna flip on someone. Past 2 days of fixing s**t that was fu**ed up that wasn’t my fault. Typical day in the life of a welder. Maybe Friday will be decent

Well I work for W&W AFCO STEEL, we build and welded structural building and bridges. A whole lot of out structures like the MSG Sphere is mostly all out of pipe and joints. Also we are currently building the new Houston Ship Channel bridge that also has a lot of pipe. Every weld and joint is full pen welds with RT and UT

Anybody can stick two pieces of metal together......takes a real hand to perform a 100 percent weld...that's why pipe hands are better we move in a circle always....flat is flat either looking down or up..real welders are indeed pipe welders. We can do a structure weld blindfolded. 🤣🤣do what you will with this but 25 years of seeing it every day....pipe guys are the bangers hands down.
