Then vanished when the storms would come.
You spoke of dreams, then turned to stone, And left me standing all alone.
I searched for reasons, begged to know— But silence was your way to go.

Loving you is the salty air That breezes down the coast It's the beauty in the details And the sand between our toes
Loving you is jumping in Without knowing first the chill It's give and take and build and brake It's fighting through all the feels
Loving you is surfing waves Calm, but throws you hard
It's the breath you take when you've been under It's the the bright damp towels in your car
Loving you is the ocean
It goes for miles in all directions You could sink for hours and still never know The weight of my affections

I love you
As soon as I see you, I can't stop looking at you from all angles. I want to remember every stroke of your face, every fold, every detail to the smallest and finest of them.
When my eyes hold them I can't help but feel an ocean of emotion, which takes me to the depths of your soul. I want to know everything you like, what you don't like. I want to know how you think. How do you feel in the morning, at noon and in the evening. I need to see you, to look at you, to talk to you. Without you I feel empty.
When you're not there, I'm in need. You are like a drug in my eyes. Without you, my days have neither tail nor head. I like to observe you as far as I am from a close. You impress me. Your beauty attack my soul every moment, your curly dark brown hair intoxicates me, your black almond eyes pierce my heart, each of you strokes envelops me with heat. You are the most incredibly and beautiful person I've ever met.
I am just addicted to you.

At some point in life, everything around you might stop making sense. The job you once prayed for no longer excites you....

At some point in life, everything around you might stop making sense. The job you once prayed for no longer excites you. The home you used to find comfort in starts to feel heavy. You'll feel disconnected from your purpose, unsure about your business, distant from your family, tired of trying to hold it all together. It'll feel like everything is breaking at the same time. And in that weight, you'll feel this aching need to fix yourself, to fix your life, to go back to the starting point and question if you even chose the right direction. Maybe you're already there. Maybe you're standing in the middle of the chaos right now,watching your relationships shake, your finances shrink, your health shift,and wondering if any of it still makes sense.
If that's where you are, I want you to pause. Just for a second. And remember how far you've already come. You've carried yourself through more than you give yourself credit for. You've survived days you thought would break you.. You'll be okay. As always
