I bring you THE WITCHES WELL.

The Witch's Well in Edinburgh, Scotland, is a historic fountain located in the city's Leith area. It is a decorative stone basin that commemorates the tragic history of witch hunts and persecutions in Scotland, particularly during the 16th and 17th centuries. The well features carved stone faces and symbols that serve as a reminder of the women and men who were accused of witchcraft and often unjustly executed. The site is both a memorial and a piece of public art, emphasizing the importance of remembering past injustices and promoting awareness of Scotland's history of witch hunts. It is thought that around 3,000- 4,000 souls were lose during these hunts, although the true number is not known.
