Savory Garlic Butter Beef Medallions
Ingredients:
1 lb thin-sliced beef round steak
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Start by seasoning both sides of the thin-sliced
beef round steak with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons
of butter. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried
rosemary. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Place the seasoned beef medallions into the
skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side for
medium-rare, or adjust cooking time based on your
desired level of doneness.
Once cooked to your liking, remove the beef
medallions from the skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2
tablespoons of butter. Allow it to melt and
combine with the flavorful garlic and herb mixture.
Return the beef medallions to the skillet, coating
them with the garlic herb butter. Cook for an
additional minute to infuse the flavors.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
