My sincerest thanks to all the celebrities, editors, TV crews and people who turned it out this season for NYFW at Billboards Over Broadway, a celebrity runway event benefiting Best Buddies International hosted by Supermodels Unlimited Magazine
We had unprecedented turnout in NYC, and we appreciate all those who waited in line for blocks during the red carpet arrivals and TV interviews!

This could not have happened without the generosity and brand power that is Supermodels Unlimited Magazine, Pinkapple Dresses, & Miss USA. Special thanks to our reality TV superstar Jordan Kimball who hosted this incredible lineup of talent that included: Christian "King" Combs, Emblem3 and our beautiful models who celebrated diversity and inclusion on the runway this season with SU!

Please join Richard Lowe Fashion and Supermodels Unlimited Magazine in honoring Best Buddies International with Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.

Lot’s of great press and celebrities will be there, and we need more fashion or non fashion volunteers to help us setup the venue, and be part of our world class team this fashion week!

It’s still hard to believe so many wonderful friends and clients are passing away after so many years of love and joy in this amazing world I stumbled into. Sadly, I must add to this list the Broadway icon Chita Rivera, best known for her role as Anita in the original 1957 Broadway cast of "West Side Story.” She passed away Tuesday at the age of 91.

Rivera, a trailblazer for other Latinas aspiring to the Broadway stage, was honored with 10 Tony nominations and won TWICE. To say nothing of her legendary career, accomplishments and life would be a crime against my heart. In 2018, she received a special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in Theatre.

Chi Chi as I goaded her, still holds my heart for best dance lessons on how to shake my ass with zero shame and maximum public effect, while wearing as little as possible. All this mind you, when she was just a spry 75 years old, and those stories about Manhattan's Palladium nightclub still make me double over laughing like there is no tomorrow!

As my house mother Willi Ninja often said, “Never underestimate the power of dance to inspire, uplift, and bring positive change to individuals and communities." As she loved to say to all of us during loss and heartbreak, “Looking back doesn’t have to be painful.” So tonight we will dance to celebrate your life my darling!
