I have been asked to post my remodel of my 2015
fifth wheel again.. have done it before but we
always get new members coming new members
going and so not everyone has seen it and when I
replied to a post with a picture of something in my
rig I often get a response of why don't you post
your whole rig? We'd love to see pictures so I am,
posting my Reno again for anyone that hasn't seen
it. We full-time in this rig we are fairly stationary
The rig can be moved, but we are in love with the
site. We have at our long-term RV resort and so we
just kind of keep paying the monthly to stay here.
it is on the south east coast of Georgia so
we are literally 20 minutes from two beaches, but
we are in a very quiet area which we like. Our rig is
nine years old and we have full-time in it for almost
8 years. lt is a Sanibel Traveler by Prime Time
model 38QB.
As you will see from the pictures, we have
brightened up the whole area we have replaced
cabinetry. We have added storage. We have
removed some cabinets and storage and replaced
with something else. We have replaced all our
countertops and our sink. We have replaced all the
furniture and we have painted wallpaper every
surface to brighten everything up we replaced
curtains we replaced shades, the room darker
than the rest of the rooms is my sons room. He is
a gamer and we let him do what he wanted with
his room, which is basically set it up as a gaming
streaming computer center lol

I love a big fluffy comforter when it's mild outside. but these blistering temps had me rethinking my
bed covers 😂😂 l found the cutest quilt set at
Ross and bought it big in king size even though we
have a queen size bed because both hubby and I
are cover hogs 😂😂
I only use one king size sham on the bed in front
of our regular size bed pillows and then I tossed
some throw pillows on it
It's a lot cooler than our comforter for the summer
months... and was only $45!

We had two steps going up to the bathroom and
bedroom in our fifth wheel and I kept telling My
Husband that they seemed like they were pretty
high and he said well average is about 6 1/2 7 1/2
inches and I said well they seem higher than that
anyway when he measured them, they were 8 1/2
inches which is right up there as high as you can
be almost before your over code... fthey even
worry about stuff like that with RVs, but the point
of it is the stairs were very steep and every time
we went to the bathroom to the bedroom using the
washer, it was up and down those stairs, so I
asked him if it would be possible to make them a
few inches shorter so he made them for me at 5
1/2 inches and they are perfect. It meant we added
two more stairs which actually works out really
good too because now you can literally glide up
and down those stairs with no effort and with the
amount of times I go up and down those stairs, I
am grateful...I have a side-by-side picture of what
they look like before and after.

A 30 ft that I redecorated over the past few
summers. The last photo was taken just after a
hurricane blew through (my cousin sent me
photos to show there was no water damage), so
excuse the mess and open fridge - I added it to
show the new coral printed fabric on the dinette
cushions.

☀️ BEFORE & AFTER ☀️We really wanted to make
this space brighter and more inviting & I feel like
this did the trick. We flipped the TV into the
bedroom and before you say there's no more
storage, we flipped those into the bedroom as
well! 🙂 Since the renovation, we have also ripped
out all the flooring and carpet and put in a nice
light grey flooring!

Getting there...still have to paint the cupboards in
the kitchen (same grey as the rest of the cabinets),
finish up the front wall (and the lower half by the
table), and finish the kitchen floor. Happy we took
out the original table/benches, as the smaller table
gives us much more room. We eat out on the
covered deck anyway.

hardware and hinges. But the mirrors and forest
green upholstered panels have me stumped.
might be able to paint the fabric, but the mirrors
are just not my style. I have lots of plans for the
rest of the camper, and will post before and afters,
but the mirrors... ugh

The campground purchased this, I just spruced it
