Cancer is bad... it's really bad. Not too long ago, Jillian, who is only 25, was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. And, obviously, that was devastating for her. All those upcoming treatments were going to be extremely rough on her, and she wanted to let her boyfriend, Max, know that. And, in doing so, she also wanted to let him know that she would completely understand if he wanted to move on with his life without her. But for Max, there simply was no other option; he was going to stick with her through everything. And he was in for quite a bit. Jillian had surgery and 16 chemotherapy treatments. Max didn't budge; he was right there with her every step of the way. But Max was not only with her. He would constantly give her words of encouragement, and he would always let her know just how beautiful she was. And often he would take her out to the movies to get her mind off of things. And, after all of it, though it might be so daunting for many, Max and Jillian's relationship became so much stronger. And then, almost before they knew it, Jillian was having her very last chemo treatment, a very special day. Now would be that next stage for Jillian... the healing. But just after that final treatment, Jillian got a very unexpected surprise, which would make it an even more special day. Max got down on one knee and proposed to her. And she said yes. It was a wonderful moment. When a woman named Lauren, who owns a wedding planning company, heard about Max and Jillian, she donated her services to the couple. Lauren does this once a year to a deserving couple, and she felt Max and Jillian were definitely a deserving couple. It's certain to be a day to be remembered

This is Rosie, about 23 years old. We thought she died a years ago. She surprised me today when I seen her. Her teeth must be bad as she is so skinny. When I said her name her head poked up and she walked towards me. She used to let me come to within a couple feet of her. A professional photographer named her and he could pet her. Life will be cruel to her this winter. St. Paul Mn

Renowned for its incredible endurance, the albatross is among the largest flying birds that can stay airborne for years, skillfully navigating the vast expanses of the ocean without the need to land.

Usually, when mating, they land on ground and touch the water’s surface for feeding purposes. They begin their oceanic journeys early in life, returning to land to breed around the age of 3 to 5 years.

What sets the albatross apart is its remarkable long-distance flights. With a wingspan of up to 11 feet, they can cover distances of over 10,000 miles in a single journey. These birds demonstrate unmatched stamina and determination.

Some albatross species have even been observed circumnavigating the globe in a matter of weeks, showcasing their exceptional flying prowess.

In our human nature, we tend to want what we want when we want it.
Praying this is risky; we risk giving up things we want in order to submit to Him and what He wants.
It's a prayer of surrender and a conscious decision to seek God's will first, even in the midst of suffering or uncertainty.
Before His death on the cross, Jesus knelt and prayed this scandalous prayer: ""Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me. Yet not My will, but Yours be done"" (Luke 22:42).
He was about to face unimaginable physical, emotional, and spiritual anguish.
He could have sought His own desire, to avoid the suffering, instead surrendered to the Father.
We are called to do the same because the Lord is worthy and knows best.
🤍Alita🤍

Not my will, Lord, but Yours be done.

"According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence:

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)
3) Social Quotient (SQ)
4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve math's, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider su***de.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road."

Belonging to the same order as chickens, turkeys, quails, and pheasants, the grey peacock-pheasant is a remarkable bird with various names, such as Burmese or Chinquis peacock-pheasant. It inhabits Southeast Asia, mainly in Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and southern China. It is also the proud national bird of Myanmar.

The grey peacock-pheasant stands out for its large size, being the longest of all peacock-pheasants, reaching up to 76 cm or 30 inches. Its feathers are greyish-brown with green ocelli that look like eyes on its wings and tail. These ocelli have a special quality of reflecting light in different colors.

The male and female look alike, but the male is bigger and brighter than the female. The male also has two spurs on each leg, while the female may have none or one. The male puts on a dazzling display to woo the female, by opening up its tail and wings to reveal its ocelli.

The grey peacock-pheasant likes to live in thick forests with plenty of undergrowth. It eats seeds, fruits, insects, and other small animals that it finds in its environment.
