Hello dear friends and followers, If you haven't tasted it yet So run to make it because it's just wow... A dish of fresh spinach leaves
with lots
of lemon juice
and rice.
Fry 5 tablespoons of basmati rice with chopped or crushed garlic and olive oil. Add a little boiling water and salt. Add fresh spinach leaves, ground pepper, freshly squeezed large lemon and another drop of olive oil. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Rocket leaf salad, purple onion and tomatoes all around.
