Beautiful homes, tree-lined streets, Austin Street packed with places to eat, shop, grab coffee, spend money you absolutely did not plan on spending… AND the LIRR nearby when you need to escape Queens for a few hours.

I get the hype.

An open house may only last a couple hours, but being prepared means a lot more than putting out signs and opening the door.

I see the property specs, reviewed the taxes and listing details, walked the home, familiarize myself with the neighborhood and prepared for the questions buyers are likely to ask.

And obviously… The mints are very important. Priorities.

When someone walks in the door with real questions about the home, I want to be ready with real answers.
