Sean Perry, a high-stakes poker player, was eliminated from the Circa Survivor football contest after refusing to split the $9.3 million prize among 13 contestants.
Perry declined an offer that would have guaranteed each player $400,000, stating “ why would i chop im the best sports bettor in the world” and he had an edge and believed in his team’s ability.
Unfortunately for Perry, his team lost, resulting in his elimination from the contest with no consolation prize.
