Made the perfect peri peri grilled chicken with my Meater pro . Grilled at 350 degrees until 165 internal temperature Ingredients: • 4 whole chicken • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice • 3 habanero peppers • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp oregano • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp sugar (optional) • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
