I need people to understand something about me…
I am one of the most patient people
you will ever meet.
I give chances
most people wouldn't give.
I believe in people
even when they've stopped
believing in themselves.
I will absorb your bad days.
I will forgive your worst moments.
I will show up for you
even when you make it hard.
But hear me clearly —
My patience is not weakness.
My kindness is not an open door
for disrespect to walk through
whenever it pleases.
There is a line.
And the moment disrespect
stops being a mistake
and starts being a pattern —
the moment apologies become habits
with no intention behind them —
I will not argue.
I will not beg.
I will not make a single scene.
I will simply go quiet.
I will stop reaching.
I will stop showing up.
I will stop being
someone you can count on.
And when you notice the silence —
that silence is not me being petty.
That silence is my final answer.
