After putting it off for too long, last night 1 finally
started the daunting task of buffing and waxing
our '12 Sundance. It's pretty obvious how far I
made it. I used a wool pad rotary buffer with
Wizards Mystic Compound. I used this because it's
very light abrasiveness and I just want to get the
oxidation off the finish and graphics without
removing finish. I then put a coat of Meguires
Cleaner Wax on it and let it haze. Iremoved the
wax with an orbital foam pad and a microfiber
towel. Pretty happy with the results so far.

Here is a hack I put taps on my low point water
drains and can use hot or cold water from them for
example fill a dish pan to wash dishes outside and
makes easier to drain the system instead of caps.
Plenty of clearance on my rig never a problem and
they are flexible

l'Il give everyone a laugh. was trying to back to
hitch up my trailer. We were in the shade, up hill,
and the back up graphics on my camera made it
impossible to see the end of the hitch. I kept
missing it by about 3". 10 mins in and out of my
car backing up, missing, and pulling forward to try
again.
I am sure I was some great entertainment to the
people in the sites around me 🤣
I needed a way to make the hitch more visible.
This was my solution. Taped a ketchup packet to
the hitch with the white side out. Hit it dead on
next attempt.

Foreword: We own a fleet of 18+ 1 ton trucks and
l've been towing my whole life. We chose this
trailer and vehicle because we have a family of 6. I
know a bigger truck would be more ideal. But we're
clear on weight.
Weight distribution hitch before and after. Also
raised ball to (mostly) level trailer. Question - I'm at
the top end of weight for the tow vehicle with this
Super Lite TT. I assume that the squat is pretty
much impossible to get rid of completely with this
particular tow vehicle. I'm within guidelines for
proper correction on weight distribution hitch -
another 1/4 in lower on front tire of tow vehicle
and it would be EQUAL to what it is with no trailer
which is borderline over-correction from what I
understand

This morning started out our day from hell with a
plugged black tank. I got it opened up and wanted
to pass on the fairly easy way to do it
I stretch out the hose, open the grey tank while
holding the middle of the hose higher than the
tank. Once the hose is full, close the grey tank
valve and open the black, then raise the hose to
force the water to back flow into the black tank.
Raise and lower the hose several times then lay it
down and see if the black tank drains. It took me
about three tries to break up the clog but it did the
job.

For anyone wondering about ventilation without
bugs getting in, Home Depot has these mesh
gutter guards for $2 that work great. Just cut it to
fit your window, and you're set. I'm going to spray
paint mine black to be a bit more incognito. I just
used a knife to cut mine, but I'm sure scissors
would also work, or any kind of cutters
