my own yamaha y80 thats converted to run in enduro/scramble race, i took the engine all apart and ported it a while back, never bothered to even check the ring gap for some reason and slapped it back together, always wondered why its slower than other y80 on the track

3mm gap on both top and bottom ring lmfao, how did it even run

CS: Rear Wheel Fell Off.
This is on a Zero-turn Lawn Mower.

Tubed these tires a few months ago. Customer brought them in himself.

Checked the other wheel and saw the lugnuts on backwards. (Flat side to the rim, rounded side looking right at me) Flipped those around.

Fixed: I actually had a rim off of a blown up engine mower... swapped his tire to the rim, new studs on the wheel hub, new (used) lugnuts and he is back moving.

Laugh at my painWas almost finished with the rear brakes, looks like we're doing new front brakes too!

Its never a simple valve cover replacement, 95 Callaway Camaro
Long time customer, been working on this car for a couple years. Customer has a set of new Callaway valve covers that he wants to put on. I go to remove the old covers and are greeted with a bunch of broken valve springs, well I guess that explains why the idle was so choppy even though the customer kept saying "its the cam", lol no you have broken engine parts. He then tells me that he's had this issue before on this car and had already replaced the valve springs once years ago before I started working on it. Looks like we have a re-occuring problem now. I think I found the issue in the last 2 pics but would like confirmation on that, bottom spring locator is loose fit unlike the top retainer, would this loose bottom locator fit cause the springs to break? A quick google search says yes
