The heel corner fillet cracked at the toe. I removed the damaged toe zone and reshaped the transition so the new fillet would not restart cracking at a sharp notch. I rebuilt the fillet in layered passes to restore the original throat, then kept the cap modest. After finish, I dressed only the toes to remove undercut while leaving the final weld profile clearly visible and textured enough to photograph.
