Swimming with elephants was something I never thought I’d do. These gentle giants are like puppies in massive bodies. They were spraying us and wrestling with each other while we splashed and climbed with them.

I was scared of solo travel. I always had a tour guide, a wingman, or a partner in crime... last year, I spent two months in Asia, much of it completely alone. Instead of being fearful, it was wonderful. I found comfort and confidence in solo-travel and learned so much about myself and the world. What fear can you lean into? 😱🤔

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved rocks. I used to fill my mom’s purse with ones I wanted to bring home and add to my collection. Now, wherever I travel in the world, I bring one back. I have a windowsill with rocks from all over the world in my apartment, and the one I found from this sunset already has a special place on the sill. What do you bring back from your travels? 🌅🤔
