It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our most treasured and valued members of the FFT Models family, Doris Stinga.
Doris was the original head of the Children’s Division at FunnyFace Today. She guided the careers of thousands of kids for well over a decade (maybe 2!) and was universally loved by everyone she worked with in the industry.
To say Doris was a unique and special person is an understatement. Doris did not mince words and spoke her mind. Doris had no filters, if she thought it, she said it. She was always good for a “pinch” here and a “goose” there 😊 those of you who knew Doris know exactly what that means LOL!
She had a wonderful heart; she was caring and sympathetic and she religiously stood by her principles… that was what made her so special. Talk about a tough “cheeky” ole bird. That’s Doris personified! She had the unique ability to make everyone feel special and gave you the impression that you could do and be whatever you wanted if you put your mind to it.
Doris brought Charlie to the attention of FunnyFace Today models way back in 2000 for which we at FFT Models are forever in her debt. Without her guidance and persistence FFT Models would not be the company that it is today!
If you were lucky enough to know Doris, you understand how great a loss she is, not only to her family, friends, and associates but to our industry too.
