Suspended above a grand illuminated staircase, the pool becomes both a sculptural element and a lens framing the landscape below.

Retractable walls, tiered terraces, and seamless indoor–outdoor circulation amplify the home’s connection to its site, while the lower level expands into entertainment spaces oriented toward sweeping views. A study in clarity, precision, and modern hillside living.
