let's talk ✨ insecurities ✨
i'm not pretty enough, i'm not thin enough, i'm not smart enough, i don't look like her, i'm not good enough.
these are things i think on the daily, they come and go, different waves and different thoughts. and they are completely normal.
social media has painted this image of how we are supposed to be, constantly comparing ourselves to the unachievable.
over coming these thoughts and ideas while building up self-esteem doesn't come over night. but you can take baby steps to helps these thoughts.
affirmations, take care of your needs while satisfying your wants, do the things that make you happy, reflect on the good and the beauty you bring this world, go to therapy!!!
i challenge you to counter act these thoughts. you deserve to be happy.
