The humble Italian dish is actually quite the mover and shaker: it was the first official Bitcoin purchase; an artistic muse; the heart of school food policy’s dysfunction; and the subject of Wall Street Journal investigations. Every week, we order a Roberta’s pie (or two) and share it with experts, all while dishing on the freshest, hottest pizza news and views.
