A rare Fifth Avenue penthouse with sweeping Central Park views is looking for its next owner. Perched atop 988 Fifth Avenue—one of New York’s most exclusive condominium buildings—the $28 million duplex offers roughly 6,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space, including wraparound terraces overlooking the park and Manhattan skyline.

Former Loro Piana (USA) CEO Pier Luigi Guerci transformed the residence from a collection of untouched 1920s-era staff rooms into a refined retreat featuring antique details, a two-level primary suite, sauna, gym, and multiple open-air showers.

The historic limestone building, where Grace Kelly lived before becoming Princess of Monaco, remains one of Fifth Avenue’s rare condo conversions, with residences rarely becoming available.

After years of price cuts and stalled offers, billionaire investor Carl Icahn’s monumental Manhattan penthouse has resurfaced on the market for $23 million. The corporate titan, long known as one of Wall Street’s most formidable activist investors, left New York behind in 2018 when he moved to Miami’s exclusive Indian Creek Village. Now, seven years later, Icahn is once again trying to sell his former residence at a significant discount from its original $35 million listing in 2020. Spanning 14,000 square feet, the seven-bedroom, eleven-bath penthouse was designed by acclaimed architect César Pelli and features 2,000 square feet of terraces with sweeping skyline and park views—a grand perch once fit for one of finance’s most influential figures. A sprawling full-floor residence inside Manhattan’s 432 Park Avenue has surfaced for sale with a $90 million asking price.

The 8,000-square-foot aerie occupies the entire 64th floor of the Rafael Viñoly-designed tower and was created after billionaire couple Bennett LeBow and Jacqueline Finkelstein-LeBow combined two adjacent units they purchased in 2016. The pair then spent an estimated $40 million customizing the home alongside acclaimed interior designer Tony Ingrao.

The four-bedroom residence features 16-foot ceilings, 24 oversized windows framing Central Park and skyline views, bespoke European finishes, and a roughly 2,000-square-foot primary suite with dual dressing rooms and automated wardrobe systems. The listing arrives as the owners reportedly consider a move to Florida.
