Fit skillet bread: excellent option for breakfast
Ingredients:
1 whole egg
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of oat flour (sometimes I only use one)
1 tablespoon of sweet sprinkle (I've used it with the sour one and it worked too!)
salt to taste
1/2 of yeast tea.
Method of preparation:
Beat the ingredients well with a mixer or a wire whisk,
Bake in a frying pan greased with PAM or GEE;
Keep the skillet covered. Bake both sides!

Honey cake
Ingredients:
2 cups of soy extract tea (soy milk);
1 cup of brown sugar tea;
1 cup of fine whole wheat flour tea;
1 cup of white flour tea;
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
1 teaspoon of clove powder;
½ cup of honey tea;
½ cup cocoa powder tea;
2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Method of preparation:
Combine all liquid ingredients and mix well. Then add the powders, with the exception of the yeast. Beat well and only then mix the baking soda. Unite a rectangular shape, pour the dough and take it to bake in medium high oven for approximately 40 minutes.
