"The main question of our panel was focused on new theories of merger enforcement in the US and the EU, and whether recent cases such as Essilor and Luxxotica in the EU, and AT&T and Time Warner in the US signal increased focus on new theories of merger enforcement in competitive harm. The response of the panel, including my perspective, was what we may think of as new theories -- they aren't new at all."
