Grilled Filet Mignon with Garlic Butter Shrimp & Creamy Linguine 🍤🥩

Ingredients:
For the Filet Mignon:

12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿

For the Creamy Linguine:
8 oz linguine 🍝
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 🧀
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
🔥 1. Prepare the Filet Mignon:
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until a crust forms.
Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs, basting the steaks.
Cook to your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare). Rest for 5 minutes.

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender.
While the potatoes are roasting, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes, to your preferred doneness. Remove the steak and set it aside.

Roasted beef with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

1 roast beef (about 1.5 kg, like a chuck roast)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 large yellow onion, cut into pieces

Three cloves of garlic, minced;

4 carrots, cut into sections

500 g of potatoes (small or cut into pieces)

500 ml of beef broth

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 Thyme Tmee Soup (or 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme Coffee)

1 tbsp dried rosemary coffee;

1 laurel leaf

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

Season the roast with salt and pepper. In a casserole, heat the olive oil and grasp the roast on all sides until it is golden. Remove it and reserve.

Fry the onion and garlic in the same casserole for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and mix.

Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf. Put the roast back in the pot.

Add the potatoes and carrots around the roast. Cover and bake for 3 to 4 hours, until the meat is tender and unpacks with a fork.

Remove the roast, let it sit for 10 minutes, then slice it and serve with the vegetables and sauce.

Advice

You can also cook this dish in a slow cooker (6-8 hours at low temperature) .

Add some red wine for even more flavor.

Serve with crispy bread or puree to enjoy the sauce!

🌶️ One-Pot Creamy Cajun Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1 ½ cups heavy cream
10 oz uncooked penne pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh spinach

Directions:
Cook the Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
